ngh\u1ec9 h\u01b0u t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2022 tr\u1edf \u0111i v\u00e0 \u0111\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ee7 20 n\u0103m B\u1ea3o hi\u1ec3m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i, h\u1ecd s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edfng 45%, sau \u0111\u00f3 t\u0103ng 2% m\u1ed7i n\u0103m, v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c h\u01b0\u1edfng t\u1ed1i \u0111a l\u00e0 75%.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi n\u1eef lao
